Week 8

 1.     This week we have began filming and working with premiere pro. We have been looking at each of the different things that you are able to do on premiere pro with the footage we have gotten. We haven’t gotten much so far because we are trying to work more with the application to get used to it for when we have the entire filming done and video inside the application. So far we have found many different effects and things that we are able to do on here to edit videos. We have found out how to add music and add special effects, lighting changes, adding titles, etc. The end of this week and all of next week we will be finishing filming and adding everything onto premiere pro. As we go on with this week however, we will be looking into premiere pro more and figuring out how to use everything that is on there so we are prepared for when we have to put everything on there and we already know how to do everything.

2.     This week we have continued using premiere pro and getting more footage. We have gotten footage walking through the hallway, opening the doors, walking upstairs, across campus and the front of the school by the steps. When we added this footage to premiere pro we were trying all sorts of different things. We added all sorts of music to figure out what would work the best with our film and we found some eerie music and other sound effects to go with the film. Like a bell ringing for school to start. We also added different lightings to see which one would fit the film best. We went through many different shades of colors but finally decided on one. We also found out how to fade the clips into each other as well as the music. We will continue filming next week and finishing filming so we can add everything onto premiere pro.
