Week 9

 1.     This week we are finishing filming. We have started to film Mr. Ahles’s part where he is speaking to the class and writing on the white board. We also added that he will be walking out the door and slamming it behind him. When we added this to premiere pro we were able to make it flow with the clips from before and make everything flow together. We have also started to film the students parts. We started with the shy girl and the hippie. It took many, many tries to try and perfect this scene. Some of us would laugh or they would forget their lines so we would need to start over. But after multiple tries we were able to make it work. Then we moved on to the furry and the class clown. This also took many tries. This is because the class clown was having to memorize a joke and the furry was having to remember to bark.

2.     This week we continued to finish filming. We moved on to the two cheerleaders. We were unable to use the uniforms at the time but they were able to portray these characters so well that they didn’t even need them. They were very easy to film because their characters were fitting to them and they didn’t need to do as much as the other characters did. Then finally we moved on to the last two, the jock and the nerd. This was probably the scene that took the longest because we kept adding things and changing things. But, they portrayed these characters so well. We added a clip of the jock making fun of the nerd to make it more comedic and fitting to the scene. The next clip would help make the audience more intrigued on what is going to happen during this movie and they would want to continue watching.
